Job Description:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will manage government transactions, process employee visas, work permits, and Emirates IDs, oversee trade licenses and municipal approvals, and ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
• Process employee visas, labor permits, Emirates IDs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DED, and other government authorities.
• Monitor and arrange timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
• Maintain accurate government records and employee legal documentation.
• Support management in identifying and reducing regulatory and compliance risks.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government departments and authorities.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, and government transactions to ensure timely completion.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR or UAE government relations (PRO) experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration processes, and licensing procedures.
• Familiarity with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, and Dubai Municipality portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with strong communication skills.
