Job Description:

Aviare Group is hiring Junior and Senior Accountants to manage daily financial transactions, oversee AP/AR and general ledger accounts, prepare financial reports, perform bank reconciliations, and handle UAE VAT compliance and FTA reporting in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and FTA requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant professional accounting experience in the UAE or region.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations, FTA compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on proficiency with accounting systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
