Job Description:

The L3 Windows Administrator will manage enterprise Windows Server environments, administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS services, oversee VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, implement PowerShell automation scripts, and resolve complex Level 3 incidents in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex Level 3 incidents.
• Support virtualization platforms, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability, security, and system reliability.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration (Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Advanced expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization and PowerShell automation.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and L3 incident management.
