Job Description:

The Site Logistic Coordinator will oversee daily site transport operations, ensure full compliance with ADNOC safety standards, coordinate vehicle movements, manage traffic safety, perform site inspections, and maintain documentation across oilfield sites in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site logistics, transportation, and vehicle movements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support site activities.
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely material movement.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC procedures and safety standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of UAE site logistics experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Valid UAE Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years.
• Solid background in HSE, Road Safety, Traffic Management, and ADNOC standards compliance.
• Excellent English communication, site inspection, and organizational skills.
