Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will oversee site-based post-contract commercial activities for a hotel project in Abu Dhabi, managing valuations, evaluating variation claims, monitoring project budgets, preparing cost reports, and coordinating commercial administration with contractors and consultants.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for the assigned hotel project.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate project valuations, variations, and payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained throughout construction.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to support successful project delivery.
• Prepare cost reports and assist in resolving contractual and commercial matters.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong post-contract experience on hotel, mixed-use development, or luxury residential projects.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately.
• Prior UAE project experience is preferred.
• Expertise in post-contract administration, cost control, commercial management, and contract documentation.
