HSE Manager – Dubai, UAE | High-Rise Construction

Job Description:

The HSE Manager will lead site health and safety operations for a high-rise building project, develop and enforce HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive site safety culture in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all health, safety, and environmental activities on the project site.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards.
• Monitor site activities and promote a strong safety culture among project teams.
• Provide HSE guidance, training, and support to employees and contractors.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant HSE experience, with mandatory background on high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.
• Mandatory fluency in Arabic language.
• Immediate joiners available in the UAE preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and high-rise construction safety management.
