Job Description:

The IT Support Engineer will deliver end-user technical support, maintain network and server infrastructure, and ensure overall IT system security and reliability across offices and project sites. Working within the Information Technology and infrastructure support units, the ideal candidate will handle service desk operations, system backups, and network troubleshooting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and network connectivity issues.
Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, router, switch, and access point issues.
Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, file servers, backup systems, and infrastructure monitoring.
Install and configure software, manage IT assets, maintain user accounts, apply security updates, and handle service desk tickets efficiently.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while providing excellent customer support to end users.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for travel to offices and project sites.
CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, virtualization, and backup systems.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
