Job Description:

The HSE Officer will enforce workplace health and safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, perform site inspections, manage incident reports, and maintain regulatory HSE compliance across transportation and oil & gas operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards and risks.
• Support implementation of safety procedures and corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports, records, and required documentation.
• Conduct safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements.
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in Transportation and Oil & Gas industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging operational site environment.
