The Hostess Supervisor will oversee the hostess team, manage guest seating and reservations, and ensure every guest receives a warm and memorable welcome in a premium fine dining environment.

• Supervise and lead the hostess team during daily operations.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
• Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high service standards in a fine dining environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess Supervisor or Senior Hostess.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Experience handling reservations and guest seating.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
• Russian-speaking candidates are an advantage.
