Job Description:

The Marketing, Social Media & Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the school’s presence, engaging with families, and supporting student enrollment growth through effective marketing expertise and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing activities to support student recruitment and school growth.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and improve online visibility.
• Engage with prospective families, answer inquiries, and support the admissions process.
• Build strong relationships with parents, community organizations, and external partners.
• Promote school programs and represent the school at community events and activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Previous experience in school marketing, admissions, student recruitment, social media, sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Al Ain and its local community.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
