Job Description:

The IT Executive will manage day-to-day IT operations, administer Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure, support Odoo ERP environments, and provide reliable technical troubleshooting for systems and users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage servers, cloud environments, backups, and IT security.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, troubleshooting, and system support for Odoo ERP.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, external service providers, and Odoo developers for updates.

Requirements:

• 3 years of UAE experience in IT support and infrastructure management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud technologies, and Odoo ERP.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
