Inventory Controller – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Company Overview:

Job Description:

The Inventory Controller will direct material management activities, oversee stock accuracy via SAP, manage spare parts distribution, and collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and site management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and material availability.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of inventory, spare parts, and materials.
• Manage inventory transactions through SAP while maintaining precise data accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Support inventory planning, optimize material utilization, and prepare inventory reports for executive analysis.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in Inventory Management, Stock Control, and Material Management.
• Advanced SAP experience with the capability to function as an SAP Super User (SAP MM preferred).
• Previous experience in Tower Cranes, Heavy Equipment, Construction Machinery, or engineering & maintenance sectors.
• Strong understanding of spare parts management and material inventory protocols.
• Demonstrated expertise in stock monitoring, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
