Job Description:

The Clinic Manager will lead daily outpatient operations, ensure clinical workflow efficiency, drive DHA compliance, manage administrative staff, and work alongside executive management to maintain premier patient care standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and ensure smooth, efficient patient service delivery.
• Coordinate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to maintain rigorous patient care standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with DHA rules, UAE healthcare regulations, and clinical quality protocols.
• Monitor key clinic performance metrics and implement continuous operational improvement plans.
• Work with senior leadership on strategic expansion, budget monitoring, and operational initiatives.
• Manage front-office admin routines, staff scheduling, resource allocation, and facility workflows.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and effective utilization of Nabidh and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Business Administration.
• Proven leadership and operational management experience within a clinical or outpatient healthcare setting in the UAE.
• Hands-on expertise with the Nabidh healthcare platform is strictly essential.
• In-depth knowledge of DHA regulatory frameworks, UAE healthcare compliance, and facility management.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Assertive, compassionate, proactive management style with exceptional organizational abilities.
