Business Analyst – Dubai, UAE | InfoSpeed Inc.

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will bridge client business requirements with technical delivery, author detailed business and functional specification documents, facilitate Agile software sprints, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with software management teams to ensure successful project implementations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and translate complex client needs into actionable business and functional specifications.
• Interface directly with key corporate stakeholders to define project roadmaps, scope boundaries, and strategic objectives.
• Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and granular user stories.
• Design process workflow diagrams, as-is/to-be system maps, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
• Partner closely with software development engineers, QA leads, and project managers throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and manage task boards in Jira.
• Verify functional test results against business logic to ensure final deliverables align with client requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of core experience working as a IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proven expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, BRD/FRD drafting, and process mapping.
• Strong practical experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and using Jira.
• Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and validating end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai for full-time, on-site project execution.
