Job Description:

The Inventory Checker will verify physical stock across retail branches, reconcile inventory balances against stock ledgers, identify material discrepancies, perform stock audits, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner with operational management to maintain optimal stock levels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical stock counts and verify inventory levels across various retail branches and kiosks.
• Maintain accurate inventory ledgers and update stock records regularly within the management system.
• Analyze inventory metrics to detect stock shrinkages, damages, shortages, or data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with branch supervisors and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory replenishment.
• Support periodic physical stock audits and compile detailed inventory documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive stock summary reports on inventory movements, slow-moving items, and branch stock levels.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven UAE experience in inventory checking, stock auditing, or retail stock control.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-branch retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Immediate joiners currently residing in the United Arab Emirates are preferred.
