Job Description:
The IT Executive will maintain clinic IT infrastructure, provide technical user support, configure computer hardware and network software, manage system security protocols, resolve technical issues, and partner with IT management to support seamless clinical operations in Dubai.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT technical support to clinical staff and administrative users across all clinic locations.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, medical software, printers, and LAN/WLAN network systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor IT infrastructure health, system backups, firewall security, and user access permissions continuously.
- Assist in executing system upgrades, software license renewals, data security measures, and IT best practices.
- Maintain organized technical documentation, IT asset inventory logs, and system maintenance records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in an IT Support Specialist, System Administrator, or IT Executive role.
- Strong hands-on technical proficiency in Windows OS environments, Microsoft 365, active directory, and clinic software support.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi), system maintenance, and cybersecurity hygiene.
- Prior IT experience within a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical clinic in the UAE is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
