Job Description:

The Warehouse Assistant will manage incoming shipment receipts, execute loading and dispatch operations, maintain stock inventory logs, handle cargo movement, and support warehouse operations under logistics management in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming freight shipments against shipping documents.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and load outgoing goods for dispatch according to delivery schedules.
• Maintain organized storage arrangements and accurate physical inventory records across warehouse racks.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, cargo handling guidelines, and warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with logistics coordinators and warehouse leads to meet daily dispatch targets.
• Assist in maintaining clean, secure, and efficient stockroom facilities in Jebel Ali.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight forwarding operations is preferred.
• Possessing a valid UAE Driving License is considered an added advantage.
• Good teamwork, active communication skills, and reliability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Practical knowledge of stock handling, inventory procedures, and goods dispatch documentation.
