Job Description:

The 3D Designer will translate creative briefs into 3D spatial concepts, produce high-resolution renderings, design event stages and exhibition stands, and ensure buildability under creative management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative 3D spatial concepts based on client briefs, branding guidelines, and event specifications.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renders, and client presentation decks for exhibition projects.
• Design custom exhibition stands, event environments, brand activation booths, stages, and interactive spaces.
• Apply deep understanding of materials, lighting effects, scale, joinery details, and spatial composition.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure all designs are practical and buildable within budget.
• Manage projects independently from initial concept development through to final presentation sign-off.
• Ensure technical drawings and 3D files meet production standards and fabrication guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer specifically within the Events and Exhibitions industry.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant exhibition stand designs, event spaces, and experiential brand activations.
• Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona rendering engines, and 3D visualization software.
• Strong knowledge of event production processes, technical detailing, material selection, and lighting setup.
• Excellent communication and visual presentation skills with ability to manage project timelines efficiently.
