🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls, guest emails, and digital concierge inquiries in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist VVIP guests with room bookings, dining reservations, spa appointments, and hotel service requests.
• Log guest preferences, special requests, and feedback accurately into hotel PMS and CRM software.
• Liaise with housekeeping, front desk, and room service departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Adhere strictly to 5-star luxury hospitality service standards and communication etiquette.
• Operate flexibly across rotating shift patterns, weekends, and public holidays.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields.
• Prior customer service experience within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Flawless spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with high-net-worth or VVIP guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules; immediate availability for a 6-month contract.
