🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome hotel guests professionally and provide exceptional assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback while maintaining high service standards.
• Support front office operations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily administrative duties.
• Manage guest profiles and reservations accurately using OPERA Cloud property management systems.
• Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in hotel front office or guest service roles.
• Hands-on operational proficiency with OPERA Cloud PMS.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Currently based in Dubai or available to join immediately.
