• Welcome hotel guests warmly and provide professional front desk services.
• Handle seamless check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records utilizing the OPERA Cloud hotel management system.
• Deliver high-standard customer service while supporting daily front office tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in hotel front office or guest service.
• Mandatory operational proficiency with the OPERA Cloud PMS platform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Currently based in Dubai or available to join immediately.
