Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will independently manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and UAE tax compliance for logistics operations across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.
• Perform bank, branch, and intercompany reconciliations accurately.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Coordinate audit requirements and maintain robust internal accounting controls.

🔹 Requirements:

• M.Com or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated UAE accounting experience in a senior position.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in cargo, courier, logistics, or transportation sectors is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications like CA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.
