Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 17 to 21 years
- Training Duration: 09 months
- Stipend: Rs.12,184/p.m (During 1st Sem), Rs. 15,230/p.m (During 2nd Sem)
Terms & Conditions
- Affidavit: Applicants after their selection as trainees will submit an affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs. 100/- duly signed by his surety to complete his training satisfactorily.
- Employment: The trainees will be offered the job as per requirement of the WIL after successful completion of their training. It shall not be obligatory for WIL Management to offer the job to all trainees.
- Bond Deed: The selected trainees, will have to execute the prescribed bond to serve in WIL for a minimum period of 6 years. In case of leaving, they will have to refund all the amount spent on their training including penalty of Rs.50,000/-.
