Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Prepare supplier payments through bank transfers, cheques, and online banking platforms.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements regularly.
• Review invoice discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and maintain compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UAE experience in Accounts Payable.
• Solid working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP/accounting software and Excel.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and documentation standards.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with immediate joining availability.
