🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations and ensure an exceptional guest service experience.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop front-of-house and barista team members.
• Maintain excellent standards of food, beverages, and specialty coffee preparation.
• Monitor sales performance, food costs, inventory control, wastage, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and brand guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Café Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Strong background in all-day dining and specialty coffee operations.
• Proven leadership, P&L management, and team supervision skills.
• Mandatory prior hospitality experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
