Job Description:

The Cleaning Manager will oversee cleaning operations across multiple high-rise towers, direct supervisory teams, conduct quality audits, and manage manpower in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and housekeeping across multiple residential and commercial towers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure impeccable facility standards.
• Lead, mentor, and deploy Cleaning Supervisors and large operational field teams.
• Manage chemical usage, machinery, PPE compliance, and health & safety protocols.
• Address tenant feedback and resolve operational issues promptly through corrective actions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cleaning Management, Housekeeping, or Facilities Operations.
• Proven track record managing soft services across multi-property portfolios.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large operational teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and field reporting skills.
• Prior UAE facilities management experience is preferred.
