Job Description:

Minutes Quick Services is hiring Inventory Checkers and Warehouse Officers (MIS Reporting) to monitor stock levels, manage inventory records, and prepare MIS reports in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock inventory levels and ensure absolute accuracy of warehouse records.
• Support daily warehouse operations, goods receiving, and dispatch audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist with stock analysis and performance data.
• Coordinate stock movements and maintain organized warehouse storage zones.
• Work closely with internal logistics teams to improve inventory control efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and numerical recordkeeping abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced logistics environment.
