🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP pipelines for enterprise apps.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic search.
• Build predictive forecasting, supplier risk-scoring, and optimization models.
• Deploy, optimize, and maintain machine learning models in secure on-premise environments.
• Automate model training, deployment, and inference pipelines using MLOps practices.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience (7–10 preferred).
• Expert programming proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on expertise with Hugging Face, LangChain, Transformers, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and secure enterprise AI deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
