🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-entity accounting operations across UAE and KSA real estate assets.
• Prepare accurate management reports, financial statements, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee project budgeting processes and track monthly performance vs. variance.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities across all property holdings.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in real estate or property accounting.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounts across GCC region (UAE & KSA).
• Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of financial reporting standards.
