The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters in Islamabad has announced exciting career opportunities for qualified, dynamic, and experienced individuals.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for technical and operational positions, including Deputy Assistant Director (AI/ML Research Engineer) and Driver. These positions are offered on a contract basis under NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations 2002. 1. Deputy Assistant Director (AI/ML Research Engineer)

Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Artificial Intelligence / Computer Science / Data Science / Machine Learning / Information Technology or equivalent in a related field from an HEC recognized university.
• Master’s degree will be preferred.

Professional Experience & Competencies

• Professional Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning methods, statistical techniques, large language models (LLMs).
• Basic knowledge of Python and ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps workflows.
• Working knowledge of big data technologies and handling large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving skills with a research-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

2. Driver

Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Middle
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• License: Valid LTV / HTV Driving License

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis, with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required).
2. Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
3. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
