🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant equipment maintenance to optimize machinery reliability and output.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, PLC, and VFD automation faults.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production managers to minimize equipment downtime and order parts.

🔹 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of industrial maintenance experience (printing or packaging press background).
• Strong expertise in mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, and VFD drives.
• Proven supervisory capabilities within a busy manufacturing environment.
