Job Description:

A leading aviation engine services company in Dubai is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee its GCAA CAR 145 quality management systems, maintenance audits, and regulatory compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Quality Management System and maintain GCAA CAR 145 regulatory standards.
• Monitor operational maintenance procedures to ensure continuous airworthiness compliance.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and enforce corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review and maintain Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) documentation.
• Collaborate with the Accountable Manager and senior leadership on safety and quality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with mandatory UAE GCAA Postholder background.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCAA CAR 145 aviation regulations and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience managing MOE documentation and maintenance audits.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
