Job Description:

The Operations Executive will manage business setup processes, coordinate Free Zone documentation, handle licensing paperwork, and support clients in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business setup operations and administrative licensing workflows.
• Coordinate company formation, visa processing, and Free Zone documentation.
• Guide and support clients throughout the business incorporation lifecycle.
• Liaise directly with Free Zone authorities and relevant government entities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UAE business setup operations.
• Mandatory working knowledge of UAE Free Zone authorities and procedures.
• Strong understanding of company formation, licensing, and government formalities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
