Royal Horizon Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant – Accounts Payable to join its finance team in Ajman, specializing in retail financial operations.

Job Description:

The candidate will process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare ageing reports, and ensure accurate payment records utilizing SAP and ERP systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
• Follow up on overdue payments and allocate customer receipts.
• Prepare ageing reports, collection reports, and customer account statements.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support accounts payable operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Retail industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
