Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – FAAS will lead accounting advisory engagements, prepare IFRS/US GAAP memorandums, manage UAE corporate tax compliance, and mentor junior associates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex accounting advisory and financial reporting engagements for UAE and US clients.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memorandums compliant with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• Manage consolidation processes, financial statement closures, and statutory compliance.
• Provide advisory support on UAE VAT, Corporate Tax matters, and Free Zone regulations.
• Oversee ERP implementations, finance automation projects, and team mentorship.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA (US), or equivalent designation.
• 5 to 8 years of specialized experience in FAAS, CMAAS, Accounting Advisory, or Big 4 Audit.
• Deep technical expertise in IFRS and working knowledge of US GAAP and UAE taxation.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and willingness to work US hours overlap.
