The Recruitment Process

  3. Psychological Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a psychological assessment to evaluate their suitability for the demanding nature of police work.
  4. Viva Voce (Interview): The final stage is an interview where candidates will be assessed on their communication skills, personality, and overall readiness for the role.
