About the Role:
The Royal Academy School (CBSE curriculum) in Ajman is seeking a professional and experienced HR Officer. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on school HR experience who can manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment and compliance with UAE Labour Law, tailored to an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will manage recruitment and selection processes for academic and non-academic staff, coordinate onboarding, maintain personnel records, oversee attendance tracking and payroll coordination, ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, and support day-to-day HR operations for the school.

- Oversee attendance tracking and assist with payroll coordination.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and school-specific procedures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for staff queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (within a school setting preferred, UAE experience preferred).
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and school HR processes.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, attendance, and payroll support.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates currently located in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be prioritized.
