You’ll lead an elite crew, curate bespoke guest experiences, and ensure every flight feels like a five-star suite in the sky.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an elite cabin crew team on VVIP private jet flights.
• Curate bespoke guest experiences, maintaining the highest standard of luxury service.
• Ensure safety, precision, and poise across all aspects of the flight operation.
• Ensure all services rival the standards of five-star luxury hotels.
• Maintain absolute discretion regarding the client and operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience within the Aviation or Luxury Hospitality sector.
• Service standards that rival five-star luxury hotels are a non-negotiable must.
• Exceptional discretion, poise, and an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with tranquility.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

Compensation & Application:

• Highly competitive salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000.
