You’ll lead an elite crew, curate bespoke guest experiences, and ensure every flight feels like a five-star suite in the sky.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an elite cabin crew team on VVIP private jet flights.
- Curate bespoke guest experiences, maintaining the highest standard of luxury service.
- Ensure safety, precision, and poise across all aspects of the flight operation.
- Ensure all services rival the standards of five-star luxury hotels.
- Maintain absolute discretion regarding the client and operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven leadership experience within the Aviation or Luxury Hospitality sector.
- Service standards that rival five-star luxury hotels are a non-negotiable must.
- Exceptional discretion, poise, and an impeccable eye for detail.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with tranquility.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
Compensation & Application:
- Highly competitive salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000.
