About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join a busy creative team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires an expert level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and a strong track record producing publication-quality layouts, campaign decks, branded presentations, and other InDesign-heavy deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead InDesign-driven projects such as presentations, annual reports, and brand guidelines. You will create and adapt visual concepts across print, digital, and social formats, work closely with the Creative Director, and execute Arabic and bilingual layouts with cultural sensitivity and typographic precision.

- Lead InDesign-driven projects (presentations, annual reports, brand guidelines, proposals).
- Create and adapt visual concepts across print, digital, and social formats.
- Execute Arabic and bilingual layouts with cultural sensitivity and typographic precision.
- Produce polished, production-ready files, mockups, and assets for client reviews.
- Support pitches and proposal materials with strong visual storytelling.
- Mentor and review work from junior designers when required.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in agencies or creative studios.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Practical experience with Figma for UI/UX and collaborative workflows.
- Proven experience designing Arabic layouts and bilingual materials.
- Excellent sense of typography, grid systems, and layout.
