About the Role:

Rise Properties in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking a skilled Accountant with practical experience in Tally Prime to join their team. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies for the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

The Accountant will manage accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain detailed financial records. A key requirement is hands-on experience with Tally Prime software for all accounting tasks, performing accurate data entry, and ensuring strong attention to detail to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime software for accounting tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain detailed financial records.
• Perform accurate data entry and track transactions systematically.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Contribute to a collaborative real estate finance team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with Tally Prime software is essential.
• Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder, Diploma/Degree/Certificate.
• Willingness to work in Dubai and support property management accounting operations.
