About the Role:

PSINV is hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the expanding recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on shaping a forward-thinking hiring function, developing international hiring strategies (especially across European markets), enhancing employer branding, and elevating the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to the development of international hiring strategies and refine recruitment processes to boost effectiveness. You will bring new ideas to life quickly, collaborate with key stakeholders, and directly influence how the company attracts, engages, and hires top talent across multiple regions, going beyond standard vacancy filling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of international hiring strategies, particularly across European markets.
  • Enhance employer branding and elevate the overall candidate experience.
  • Refine recruitment processes and systems to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management on talent needs.
  • Attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple regions for long-term growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or internal recruitment functions.
  • Fluency in a major European language (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Spanish, or Italian).
  • Background or keen interest in employer branding, stakeholder engagement, or process optimisation.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market or prior experience in real estate recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Candidates should already be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
