Sales & Marketing Manager
About the Role:
CurryFit, a brand focused on healthy Indian meal plans delivered fresh daily, is seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to help scale the business from Sharjah. This strategic Management role requires combining commercial acumen with digital expertise to drive sales growth, build community, and lead data-driven campaigns that enhance conversions for their D2C model.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will grow B2C and B2B sales (corporates, gyms) and manage strategic partnerships. A major focus is on Performance Marketing, including planning and executing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer, and affiliate channels. The role involves optimizing critical KPIs like CAC, LTV, CTR, and ROAS, managing budgets, analyzing data, and aligning marketing with customer experience efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow B2C and B2B sales (corporates, gyms, wellness partners) and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with fitness centers and enterprises.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, and customer retention through CRM tools.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer, and affiliate channels.
- Own and optimize CAC, LTV, CTR, and ROAS.
- Manage marketing budgets, analyze data, and make insight-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in performance marketing (mandatory).
- Experience in F&B, health, wellness, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Based in Dubai and passionate about health and fitness.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
