Planning Engineer – UAE | Gulf Water Treatment (GWT)

About the Role:

GWT is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to manage project schedules, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects across the UAE. This role requires strong technical expertise in scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination for large-scale projects.

Key Scope & Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including baseline setup, updates, and critical path analysis.
• Progress & Reporting: Perform EVA analysis, generate dashboards, S-curves, track productivity, and highlight potential delays.
• Resource Planning: Plan manpower, material, and equipment requirements, perform resource leveling, and manage constraints.
• Delay Analysis & Closeout: Conduct window analysis, propose mitigation actions, support EOT/claims, and prepare final closeout reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering.
• 3–7+ years of dedicated planning experience in EPC, MEP, civil, or industrial projects (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (EVA, S-curves).
• Experience in delay analysis, claims support, and project closeout is highly advantageous.
