About the Role:
Raq Contracting is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead high-quality projects across Abu Dhabi. This is a results-driven site leadership role for an expert in precast construction with a track record of timely and budget-conscious project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise subcontractor performance, managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale sites.
- Plan, sequence, and oversee precast installation activities, ensuring correct tolerances and jointing.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Enforce quality control measures and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and HSE standards.
- Produce progress reports, manage site meetings, and maintain clear project documentation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management (mandatory).
- Strong, hands-on experience in precast construction techniques and installation (mandatory).
- Completed at least 2 projects in Abu Dhabi (mandatory).
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
