Assistant QHSE Consultant – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Management Systems Consultancy

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant QHSE Consultant in Abu Dhabi to support a management systems consultancy. The role involves working under a Senior Consultant to assist with client services, compliance, and documentation across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Development – Assist in creating and maintaining QHSE manuals, procedures, and reports.
• Site Visits & Assessments – Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate compliance, and support client audits.
• Training Delivery – Help prepare and deliver training sessions for clients and staff.
• Contribute to writing technical proposals and provide administrative support to the consultancy team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or Engineering).
• Preferably 3 years of experience in a related QHSE role.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental), and 45001 (Safety) standards (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent report writing skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE; valid UAE driving license is preferred.
