About the Role:

Join the travel operations team at Ridaint in Dubai as a Operation / Reservation Executive. This role is essential for handling bookings and travel arrangements for international customers and partners, with a focus on communication in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel enquiries and reservation requests via phone and email from overseas agents and other channels.
• Coordinate and negotiate with hotels, suppliers, and transport providers to secure the best rates and terms.
• Prepare and manage FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) quotations.
• Advise customers on travel visas and entry requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with partners and clients in Spanish and English as required.

Key Requirements & Attributes:

• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) — essential for this role.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
