Job Description / Role
About the Role:
The Bidding & Estimation Executive will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, accurate cost estimates, and tender submissions for facilities management projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and optimizing pricing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for FM projects (hard and soft services).
- Review tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations and finance teams.
- Analyze supplier quotations, material costs, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain a database of pricing information.
- Support management in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in bidding/estimation within FM or a related industry (mandatory).
- Strong technical knowledge of FM services including MEP, cleaning, and civil works.
- Excellent analytical, costing, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with estimation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
