Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – United Arab Emirates

About the Role:

The CFO will oversee the entire financial strategy of a long-standing construction contracting company in the UAE, ensuring compliance, managing financial risk, and contributing directly to the growth and stability of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial strategy and planning functions.
• Ensure full financial compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to guide financial decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified or Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
• Experience in the construction sector, particularly in contracting, is highly preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (mandatory).
• Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
