Inside Sales Coordinator – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Customer Delight Trading LLC (CDT)

About the Role:

Support project quoting, order coordination, and technical customer-facing activities. You will be responsible for handling high-volume Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) orders, working with tender documentation, and ensuring accurate technical estimations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender submissions.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure clarity for technical estimations.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for pricing, lead times, and material details.
• Assist with bid strategies and commercial evaluations.
• Manage pre-order and post-order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update estimate records and project detail revisions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the GCC, preferably in E&I.
• Strong MS Office skills (advanced Excel is essential).
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail for reading technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between technical, procurement, and sales teams.
